How to dispatch

If not signed in, kindly sign in into FBO Master.

1. Click on the hamburger icon on the top left corner of the navigation bar. Select Flight main menu. Click on the Flights sub menu[a]. Click on the (+) button on bottom right corner[b].

Or click on the hamburger icon on the top left corner of the navigation bar. Select the Flight main menu. Click on the Dispatch sub main menu.

2. Dispatch sheet will be displayed. The Dispatch radio button will be selected by default.

3. Regular dispatch type will be selected by default.

    a. Solo Dispatch:

        1.) Select an Aircraft from Aircraft drop down list.

        2.) Select a Pilot from Pilot drop down list (pilot is mandatory).

        3.) Click on the Dispatch button.

       

    b. Dual Dispatch:

        1.) Select an Aircraft from Aircraft drop down list.

        2.) Select a Pilot from Pilot drop down list (pilot is mandatory).

        3.) Select an Instructor from the Instructor drop down list.

        4.) Click on the Dispatch button.

       

4. Maintenance Dispatch Type:

        a.) Select Maintenance dispatch type from Dispatch Type drop down list.

        b.) Select an Aircraft from Aircraft drop down list (aircraft is mandatory).

        c.) Pilot will be auto selected.

        d.) Select an Instructor from Instructor drop down list (instructor is optional).

        e.) Click on the Dispatch button.

         

5. Owner Dispatch Type:

        a.) Select Owner dispatch type from Dispatch Type drop down list.

        b.) Select an Aircraft from Aircraft drop down list (aircraft is mandatory).

        c.) Select a Pilot from Pilot drop down list.

        d.) Select an Instructor from Instructor drop down list (instructor is optional).

        e.) Click on the Dispatch button.

       

6. Trial- 152 Dispatch Type:

        a.) Select Trial-152 dispatch type from Dispatch Type drop down list.

        b.) Select an Aircraft from Aircraft drop down list (aircraft is mandatory).

        c.) Pilot will be auto selected.

        d.) Select an Instructor from Instructor drop down list (instructor is optional).

        e.) Click on the Dispatch button.

       

7. Training Dispatch Type:

        a.) Select Training dispatch type from Dispatch Type drop down list.

        b.) Select an Aircraft from Aircraft drop down list (aircraft is mandatory).

        c.) Pilot will be auto selected.

        d.) Select an Instructor from Instructor drop down list (instructor is optional).

        e.) Click on the Dispatch button.

         

8. Trial-172 Dispatch Type:

        a.) Select Trial-172 dispatch type from Dispatch Type drop down list.

        b.) Select an Aircraft from Aircraft drop down list (aircraft is mandatory).

        c.) Pilot will be auto selected.

        d.) Select an Instructor from Instructor drop down list (instructor is optional).

        e.) Click on the Dispatch button.

     

9. A message box will pop up displaying Airworthiness Check Failure. Click on the Yes button to dispatch the flight.

10. Successful dispatch message will be displayed.
