How to Check In

If not signed in, kindly sign in into FBO Master.

1. Click on the hamburger icon on the top left corner of the navigation bar. Select Flight main menu. Click on the Dispatch sub main menu.

2. Dispatch sheet will be displayed. Dispatch button will be selected by default.

3. Regular Dispatch dispatch type will be auto selected.

    a. Solo Dispatch:

       1.) Select an Aircraft from Aircraft drop down list.

       2.) Select a Pilot from Pilot drop down list (pilot is mandatory).

       3.) Click on the Dispatch button.

 

   b. Dual Dispatch:

       1.) Select an Aircraft from Aircraft drop down list.

       2.) Select a Pilot from Pilot drop down list (pilot is mandatory).

       3.) Select an Instructor from the Instructor drop down list.

       4.) Click on the Dispatch button.

       

4. A message box will pop up displaying Airworthiness Check Failure. Click on the Yes button to dispatch the flight (it will not be displayed every time).

5. Successful dispatch message will be displayed.

6. Enter the Hobbs In and Tach In.

7. Enter the User’s PIN.

8. Click on the Check In button.

9.Successful Check In message pops on the bottom center of the screen.
