If not signed in, kindly sign in into FBO Master.
- Click on the hamburger icon on the top left corner of the navigation bar. Select Users main menu. Click on the Pilot sub menu.
- Pilot List will be displayed, click on the (+) button on the bottom right corner of the screen.
- It will display the Add Pilot page.
- Select an active user from Select an Active User drop down list, all the User’s information will be auto filled.
- Enter the Date of Birth in the Date of Birth field as e.g., 4/1/2000.
- Enter the Date of Medical in Date of Medical field as e.g., 4/1/2019.
- Click on the Save button. It will add the pilot and a success message will be displayed on the bottom center of the screen.
- Click on the hamburger icon on the top left corner of the navigation bar. Select Flights main menu. Click on the Dispatch sub menu.
- Select the aircraft from aircraft drop down list and select that Pilot from pilot drop down list.
- If the Medical certificate is expired for the selected pilot, then it will display the warning regarding the medical expiry in the pilot dues.
- If the Medical certificate is not expired for the selected pilot, then it will not display the warning regarding the medical expiry in the pilot dues.
Note :
i) If the pilot is under 40 years old, the expiration period is 60 calendar months (5 years).
ii) If the pilot is over 40 years old, the expiration period is 24 calendar months (2 years).
a) For example, a 41-year-old pilot, regardless of medical class, who last had a medical on 1/11/2021 would expire on 1/31/2023 (24 calendar months). It will take last date of month and then calculate the expiry
