If not signed in, kindly sign in into FBO Master.
- Click on the hamburger icon on the top left corner of the navigation bar. Select User main menu. Click on the User sub menu.
- User list will be displayed on the screen, click on the (+) button on the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Personal Data sheet will pop up, fill in the First Name, Last Name, Username, Email (additional information can also be filled).
- The platform generates a strong password automatically. To change it at your convenience, simply click on the current password while creating user.
- Select Front Office from Role drop down list.
- Click on the Save button.
- User details saved successfully message will pop up on the bottom center of the screen.
- After the Front Office is successfully created, a message to inform the user to set up the PIN will be displayed above the Save button.
- Click on X icon to close the popup.
- The newly created user will be displayed on the top of the list automatically.
