Auto-deactivation functionality for flight templates is to ensure that the user does not accidentally deactivated a flight template that is currently in use. If a flight template is deactivated while there are still aircrafts dispatched with that template, it could interfere with any ongoing bookings or checked-outs.
If not signed in, kindly sign in into FBO Master.
- Click on the hamburger icon on the top left corner of the navigation bar. Select Flight main menu. Click on the Dispatch sub menu.
- Select template and Dispatch a flight, follow the steps to know How to dispatch and a success message will be display at the bottom of the screen on successful dispatch.
- Click on the hamburger icon on the top left corner of the navigation bar. Select Flight main menu. Click on the Template sub menu.
- Template List will be display on the screen, click on the Pencil icon of the above template under the action column of the list.
- Click on the status toggle and inactivate the template.
- Auto Deactivate Template pop up will be display to notify the user that this template have some checked-outs, now click on Deactivate after All Check-Ins button.
- A success message 'Template will be auto-deactivated successfully after all check-ins' will display on the bottom of the screen.
- Select Flight main menu and click on the Dispatch sub menu. Select the above dispatched flight and its template.
- An informative message is display at the top that this template is not available for future check In.
- Fill all the required fields and click on Check In button.
- A success message will display on the bottom of the screen.
- Go to template management and the above auto deactivated template status will be changed and set as inactive.
NOTE :
If the user try to make another dispatch with the auto deactivated template, then a error message will be displayed.
