How to No-Show the Booking

If not signed in, kindly sign in into FBO Master.

 
NOTE:   
i) If standard cancellation fee is applied then additional no show fee will be added in the invoice. 
ii) If standard cancellation fee is not applied then no additional fee will be applicable.

1. Click on the hamburger icon on the top left corner of the navigation bar. Select Booking main menu. Click on the Booking sub menu.
2. Booking List will be displayed. Click on the Cross icon in circle under the Action column corresponding to the desired booking. 
   
3. No-Show Booking popup will be displayed.
4. Select the No-show Time. By default, it is set to current date and time.
5. It will display the No-show charges.
6. Click on No Show button. 
   
7. A success message will be displayed.
8. Click on Invoice button to view the invoice. 
   
9. Invoice will be displayed. 
    
   NOTE : 
   i) The No-Show charges policy will be applicable as- 
   1. $50 per hour for the instructor booking. 
   2. $25 for the airplane booking for the airplane schedule under 4 hours and $50 scheduler above 4 hours.

             ii) For better understanding of no-show charges, please refer the below table-
