Instructor Medical certificate

If not signed in, kindly sign in into FBO Master. 

1. Click on the hamburger icon on the top left corner of the navigation bar. Select Users main menu. Click on the Instructor sub menu. 
2. Instructor List will be displayed, click on the (+) button on the bottom right corner of the screen. 
   
3. It will display the Add Instructor page.
4. Select an active user from Select an Active User drop down list, all the User’s information will be auto filled.
5. Click on Go to User button. 
   
6. It will display the Update User page of the selected user.
7. Enter the Date of Birth in Date of Birth field as e.g., 4/1/2000.
8. Click on the Update button. It will update the user and a success message will be displayed on the bottom center of the screen.
9. Click on the Make Instructor button. 
   
10. It will display the Add Instructor page. Enter the Date of Medical in Date of Medical field as e.g., 4/1/2019. 
     
    
11. Click on Save button.
12. It will add the instructor and a success message will be displayed on the bottom center of the screen. 
    
13. Click on the hamburger icon on the top left corner of the navigation bar. Select Flights main menu. Click on the Dispatch sub menu.
14. Select the aircraft from Aircraft drop down list, select Pilot from pilot drop down list and select that instructor from Instructor drop down list. 
    
15. If the Medical certificate is expired for the selected instructor, then it will display the warning regarding the medical expiry in the instructor dues. 
    
16. If the Medical certificate is not expired for the selected instructor, then it will not display the warning regarding the medical expiry in the instructor dues. 
    Note :  
    i) If the instructor is under 40 years old, the expiration period is 60 calendar months (5 years).
    ii) If the instructor is over 40 years old, the expiration period is 24 calendar months (2 years).
    a) For example, a 41-year-old instructor, regardless of medical class, who last had a medical on 1/11/2021 would expire on 1/31/2023 (24 calendar months). It will take last date of month and then calculate the expiry
